This is a great helper app for the Catan board game. This app generates random board layouts for the game, and it allows for customization of certain options to provide a more balanced layout for all players enjoyment. A great idea and a better app. Ignore those reviews from people who obviously did not bother to read the full description before clicking buy. The description does not claim that this is the game, nor does the app title.

This apps real job was terribly indicated. Id get my money back if I could. I expected the game, not a mere mapmaker. Really. Ive played this game on the tabletop. Is an app really needed to make a map!? Anyway, I wont recommend this to anyone.

Not flashy, but most every game turns out balanced and challenging. Dice tool adds some interesting insights.

The seafarers expansions do not generate the sixth resource tiles in the map. What a waste of a dollar. DONT BUY THE IN-APP PURCHASES

When I bought this, I expected the game. Id bet it isnt even endorsed by the makers of Catan. The makers of this app should be ashamed of themselves.

First off there is no explanation of how to use. (I know it is not a game) some games require you to spend more money. It is constantly charging me money or has some bug where it says it is. I did not get the bill yet. Even after you spend money they still show ads. All that said it does what it is supposed to do. I wish there was a better made app.

Its a solid map generator and keeps the board random and fair. Its exactly what it says it is.

We still use this to generate maps and it works well. However, it needs to be updated. Some options no longer appear since upgrading to iOS 8.

Needs the option for gold on the seafarers! This is such a rad tool but I always include gold on seafarerers games, so I cant use this most of the time.

I purchased this App 2 years ago and it has not been updated to work with the current iOS. Many function no longer work properly. When I originally purchased this App it worked awesome, but now, not so much
